Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent for exploring Pasadena with great choices of nearby restaurants, but the rooms had a weird smell that made me slightly uncomfortable. The service was a bit inconsistent, although the individuals I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although having two solid walls of glass overlooking Pasadena from the top floor, were very nice and clean. The front desk staff was also very nice and responsive. However, it's important to note that the windows/doors are incredibly thin and overlook main streets in downtown Pasadena.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with rooms that had two solid walls of glass overlooking Pasadena from the top floor. The atmosphere was clean and modernized, offering a bright ambiance. The location was beautiful, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options, although there were some transient individuals hanging about that made me a little uneasy. The service, especially the concierge staff, was very friendly and professional, although it seemed like they could benefit from more training. The dining experience, though not impressive, was just okay after returning from breakfast. Overall, the hotel provided a nice and unique stay at a good value for money.
